What is it?
A small coarse grain sea salt is infused with the bright and delightully acidic flavors of aged Modena balsamic vinegar. A hint of sweetness is also present and creates a very complex finishing salt. Caprese salads, steaks, asparagus, and more can benefit from this tangy and rich salt. Blend this into some olive oil alongside some herbs for a delicious dipping sauce for fresh baked breads. Using this in place of traditional salt in a salad dressing will also create a new twist to use on your salads. There may be a steak seasoning in the works with this lovely salt as a key player.
