The bold Saigon Cinnamon takes the stage as the base to this blend with it’s spicy boldness. Sweet and aromatic nutmeg joins the complex notes of Jamaican allspice to create a heady blend of sweet scents. The blend is finished off with a big punch from decadent cardamom seeds and their potent and intense sweet menthol-like properties. Some spice blenders choose to leave out cardamom seed because it is the 3rd most expensive spice on the market behind only vanilla and saffron by weight.
